Regarding pets, Fort Monroe Lofts welcomes most breeds; however, certain breeds identified as aggressive are prohibited in accordance with community policy. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes, Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Huskies, Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos, and any other breed deemed aggressive by management.

Additional pet policies and community guidelines are outlined in the lease agreement and should be reviewed thoroughly. Key pet restrictions include a maximum of two pets per apartment home and a general weight limit of 70 pounds per pet.
